Description
Cashew cream cheese icing tastes great on chocolate cakes.
Ingredients
8 oz
cream cheese (softened) 4 T
margarine (softened) 1⁄2 t
Vanilla Extract (pure) 1 lb
confectioners sugar 1⁄2 c
cashews (finely chopped)Instructions
- Cream tgogether the softened cream cheese with the softened margarine.
- Add the vanilla.
- Beat in the confectioners sugar. Scrape down the bowl and continue beating until smooth.
- Add the crushed cashews
