Description

Cashew cream cheese icing tastes great on chocolate cakes.

Ingredients

8 oz
cream cheese (softened)
4 T
margarine (softened)
1⁄2 t
Vanilla Extract (pure)
1 lb
confectioners sugar
1⁄2 c
cashews (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cream tgogether the softened cream cheese with the softened margarine.
  2. Add the vanilla.
  3. Beat in the confectioners sugar. Scrape down the bowl and continue beating until smooth.
  4. Add the crushed cashews
