Plaid Father's Day Cake

I made this for my husband using the quilting tool to mark the diamonds on the side of the cake. Then I cut out fondant in different colors using the quilting tool and placed them within the marked diamonds on the side of the cake. I used a variety of embossing stencils on the fondant I rolled out to create the diamonds.
