My brother's birthday cake

Miniature paintings are replicas of my brother's own work. Painted them on wafer paper and then placed them on gumpaste. Topper to resemble my brother somewhat done to the red shirt which is the color of my brother's favorite Portuguese soccer team Benfica and his little buddy.

Just love everthing about this cake.. terrific figures..the cake boards..but have to say...the miniatures are my absolute fav...amazing..

Agree with June, everything on this cake is perfect, starting with the beautiful, sharp fondant right down to the doggie's tongue! My favorite part is still the miniatures and I am amazed at the detail you were able to achieve in so small an area, on sugar, with edible color!
