This cake's construction was pretty challenging. I used a combination of wooden dowels and pieces of cake board to allow the cake to stand at an angle. The cake was red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The cake is covered in marshmallow fondant. The golf ball and golf clubs are made of fondant as well. A little bit of grass detail in tinted buttercream.
